Straight talk, worth it or not?

The staff was very helpful and kind, ensuring my stay felt warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for attending nearby events, and I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds! !

Unfortunately, the hotel had cleanliness issues, with some areas appearing neglected. Additionally, their restaurant options were limited, leaving guests to explore outside for dining.

Rooms are spacious and well-maintained.

My stay was disappointing due to several issues. The elevators were terrifying. One felt like it needed serious repairs, and with only one luggage cart available, I had to manage my own bags. The condition of the furniture.

Elevators consistently slow!!! The casino felt small and limited!!! Cleaning services could be more timely!!! Restaurant hours were ridiculous!!! There is a noticeable lack of recreational facilities!!! Just when is the management going to step up their game?

We had an awesome family trip filled with excitement at the slots-over 800 to choose from! My dad loved the action and variety, and the hotel room was cozy.

My kids wished there were more fun activities for children. A family lounge area would have been great.

Had a nice stay at Harrah's Joliet. The room felt spacious and comfortable. The staff greeted me warmly and offered great service overall. The view from my room near the elevator was a nice touch. Enjoyed the casino, but dining options were lacking. The only available restaurant during my stay was a fast food place, which limited my options for meals. The cleanliness of the facilities, particularly in the dining area, could use some attention. Another issue was the lack of communication from some morning staff. they didn’t acknowledge guests coming in. However, the afternoon and night staff were welcoming and helpful, making up for that. The prices for the room were affordable compared to other hotels in the area, which made it worth the stay but I wish the breakfast offerings were better.

Spacious luxury king room was super clean with nice amenities like air conditioning, alarm clock, hairdryer, and fridge. Huge bathroom with a bath. Loved the fitness center for workouts and the evening river view from my window. Check-in was a breeze with my room key needed for elevator access. Free parking was a sweet bonus.

Clean rooms with great views. Security presence felt limited, which was a concern. Casino has a nice variety of games available.

The staff was genuinely cute from check-in to check-out Our Luxury King Room was spacious, with a huge, clean bathroom that made relaxing easy after a day of fun. We loved the smokefree casino environment where we could enjoy the gaming without any discomfort!

The hotel provided a clean and spacious room, perfect for a birthday getaway with friends. The casino staff were exceptionally caring, and we received great assistance when we had questions about the machines. However, the dining options felt somewhat limited and could use some improvement.
